酒店位置不錯，房間有點舊，但打掃的還算乾淨，晚上比較安靜。服務不錯，幫忙協調索道的事。餐廳的菜一般，蘑菇炒肉鹽沒有化開，特鹹。

房間地處天柱山山腰，離天柱峯還是有一段距離的。離牧羊河索道非常近，頭一天在天柱山遊玩以後入住酒店，美美睡一覺第二天再走，非常不錯

房間不錯，在山上能有這樣的住宿已經是很不錯了。離牧羊河索道很近。早晨走300多米，爬到一個很小的山包上，就可以看到日出。從所到廈門到賓館，通過這樣一片密林，很有意境。

這個酒店天柱山景區內，到各個景點都很方便，想看日落日出也比住在景區外方便。我們是午後到景區，纜車上山，走近10分鐘到酒店，放好行李後就去景點，晚上回酒店，第二天早餐後離開酒店。再去天柱山頂，下午去高鐵站。酒店服務環境衞生設施都還不錯，晚餐還可以，就是早餐比較簡單。

淡季衹有我們四個人入住，在步行登山半路，海拔900多米處。環境不錯，房間比較老，有空調需要熱風了，晚上比較冷。距離煉丹湖不遠，半小時走到。

想體驗在景區住一晚，第二天繼續爬，兩天爬了五個六個小時的山，這家酒店，價格不算貴，房間非常安靜，從大龍窩索道下來走了40分鐘，住一晚再去了煉丹湖，大概二三十分鐘吧，再繞道大龍窩索道，這家酒店晚餐點菜有點貴，吃了帶的泡麪和零食，早餐十塊一個人，有雞蛋麪條花生米榨菜，10月六號去的，遊客很少。

衞生還算乾淨，設施太舊，餐飲部菜的價格較高，酒店提供的米飯有待改進，酒店房間的設施，再配一個枱燈，方便小孩寫作業，早餐有待提高。

優點：房間衞生不錯，住宿點周圍環境也不錯，從山莊到山頂最快1h30m就能到，很快。早餐有稀飯，饅頭，包子，玉米。
缺點：食堂的炒菜有一點點貴，房間隔音一般。
其他：房間沒有礦泉水（有電熱水壺），這裏的礦泉水10元/瓶，所以酒店不提供免費的應該也是情理之中。天柱山索道關閉之後，如果你從大龍窩索道上來，那麼需要往回走（下山）30m到天柱山索道。如果你從南大門步行上山的話，那可以直接路過山莊然後上山。
